UpskillBay provides project-based career tracks, educational content, and a platform where users can build skills, complete projects, and showcase their work. These terms govern all use of the platform, including browsing, enrollment, content submission, and communication with other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use UpskillBay. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or limit access to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow anyone else to access your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its community.

Career Tracks are structured, project-based learning paths. Enrollment in a track grants access to its materials, tasks, and community features for the duration specified.

By applying to a Career Track, you agree to provide accurate information about your background and goals. Applications are reviewed, and acceptance is at our discretion.

Completion of a track does not guarantee employment, admission, or any specific outcome. Career Tracks are educational experiences designed to build skills and portfolio assets.

Some tracks may involve AI-assisted tools and systems as part of the learning process. These tools are provided to enhance your educational experience.

Projects are practical assignments tied to Career Tracks. You retain ownership of the work you submit, but grant UpskillBay a license to display, review, and feature it within the platform for educational and promotional purposes.

You may not submit projects that contain plagiarized content, malicious code, or material that violates the rights of others.

Platform moderation is conducted to maintain quality and safety. We reserve the right to remove content or submissions that violate these terms.

The UpskillBay platform, including its design, code, curriculum materials, branding, and original content, is owned by UpskillBay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or content without our express written permission.

User-generated content submitted to the platform remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for platform operations and promotion.

As a user of UpskillBay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users, instructors, and community members
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior
• Not attempt to circumvent platform systems, payment mechanisms, or moderation
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform unless authorized

Some Career Tracks and platform features may require payment. Pricing is clearly displayed before checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refund policies are specified at the point of purchase. Generally, refunds are available within a reasonable window for unused or early-stage access. Contact us with any payment-related questions.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments. Existing enrollments will not be affected by pricing changes unless otherwise communicated.

You may stop using UpskillBay at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us or using available account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

UpskillBay provides educational content and project-based learning experiences. We make no guarantees about specific career outcomes, job placement, admissions, or earnings.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any AI-assisted features are provided as tools to support learning. Outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate, and users should exercise judgment when relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpskillBay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of UpskillBay after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
